I love the smell of Napalm in the morning...

Well... errrrr... chlorine any way...

Just walked out on the pool deck to enjoy the Glory of the early morning in JAX, FL...

The quiet is deafening.  The sun is still sleeping. 

The little insects are partying their way into a new Florida morning.  A pair of competing cats are apparently establishing who the boss is today not far from here...

The distant din of 18-wheelers delivering life's necessities to residents near and far at over four dollars a gallon for diesel fuel are humming busily across the topography.

And yes, chlorine for the pool is a wonderful smell in the Florida morning.

Flew till 11pm the day before yesterday.  Got in bed way too close to 3am for my old bones... and then got up at 815am after that.

Ya gotta love vacations!

Did the tourist thing, riding around, eating lunch out, going to the beach and having a cookout for dinner...

One less-than-wonderful part was when our friends had apparently put their shiny and beautiful new stainless steel grill too close to the house out by the pool when they bought it a day or two ago...

When someone noticed that, during its virgin warm-up phase, the siding on the house was melting... so it was a quick consensus and dramatic action that swiftly moved that new grill quickly away from the house.

Ahhh ... the value of experience... helping you recognize a mistake when you make it again...

Oh well -- a little drama makes life interesting... well, sometimes...

And sometimes NOT...

When you work your butt off to make your website really cool... and no one seems to notice and no one seems to care... that is ‘uncool drama.'

When the tech you depend on betrays you and refuses to work... that is uncool drama.

When people you trust on the Web promise to do something after you have fulfilled your promise to them... yes, that's uncool drama.

So, before you consider what Robin Williams said in "Good Morning, Vietnam" and begin your plan to drop hot flaming bombs on people, places, and things that betray you...

Remember that the ago old Principle of sowing and reaping applies to everyone. 

Yes, everyone...

Always do the right thing in every instance. 

Be the one who can be trusted at every turn. 

Smile as you do it. 

And keep your friends close, and your enemies closer...

Then when you are walking into the Glory of a new vacation day in the pleasance of a promising Florida morning, the drama you're in is controlled by you, and not someone else.
